Our items will be delivered to the address given by the buyer during the order, by private carrier or by postal means.

Shipping costs are included in the invoice for internal delivery, in the European Union,  in the USA, UK only.

Non-Eu countries and Canada 15 Euro.For the rest of the world we have a flat rate of 25 Euro.

Standard delivery 25 Euro

We will dispatch parcels in working hours, Italian time from Monday to Friday. A delay should be considered for bank holidays and for our deserved seasonal holidays, generally in August.

We will commit preparing the order in the next few days after the order, you will receive an email when the order is ready to leave and the tracking number of the parcel. 

For bespoke items you should consider an average of 14 days of delay.

A delay of the delivery doesn't give right to refund.

In case of non-delivery due to the carrier, we commits to resend the whole or a part of the order according to this Policy.

The buyer must check the condition of the parcel and of all the products at the delivery and before accepting the parcel from the carrier. If the parcel is damaged, please check the condition of the items. If the items are damaged, do not accept the parcel.

If the buyer sign the delivery note, the inspection of the items is considered done.
